You can browse the collection and product information without an account. Comparison temporarily stores your selection in this browser. No advertising trackers or analytics pixels have been added.
Designing a pen
The pen studio processes your logo and design locally in your browser. Logos and PDF exports are not automatically sent to the enquiry service. You choose whether to download and share a project or visual with a distributor.
When switching languages, your design is stored temporarily in this browser and deleted after opening in the other language. Form details carry over within the same tab. The opening animation only remembers whether it has already played in this tab.
Sending an enquiry
The form asks for company name, contact person, email and country. You may add a product, version, quantity, requested date and message. The review screen shows the information you will send.
After confirmation, the enquiry is stored in a protected log on this site’s server. Only administrators with portal access can view and follow it up. Your email is not automatically added to a mailing list.
Follow-up and retention
Your data is used to handle your enquiry. The simple enquiry manager will later be replaced by the CMS. The administrator sets retention periods and deletes data no longer needed.
A question about your enquiry?
Keep the reference you receive after sending. Quote it for enquiry questions, access, correction or deletion. The responsible organisation and contact details will be added before public launch.
